Profile:
Wissam Al Naimat is a trainee lawyer at Elite Justice, working under the supervision of senior attorneys and the direct guidance of the firm’s founder, Lawyer Shadi Al-Mubaideen. He began his legal studies in 2021 at the World Islamic Sciences & Education University and graduated in 2024 with a Bachelor’s degree in Law .
He has developing experience in litigation, Shari’a matters, criminal and civil cases, commercial and labor disputes, and enforcement procedures, with strong capabilities in legal drafting, research, and strategic case analysis.
Professional Experience:
- Professional Training with Multiple Law Firms: Practical exposure to civil, commercial, corporate, and labor cases, working across all litigation stages — from research and drafting to settlement negotiations.
- Enforcement Proceedings: Managing execution files at all stages, preparing motions and objections, and addressing enforcement-related legal risks.
- Legal Drafting & Advocacy: Drafting statements of claim, evidence lists, legal memoranda, objections, written pleadings, and appellate briefs (appeal and cassation), grounded in statutory analysis and judicial precedents.
