Lawyer Shadi Al-Mubaideen is the founding partner and general manager of Elite Justice Law Firm.
He began his legal journey in 2003 and earned his Bachelor of Law (LL.B.) from Philadelphia University in 2007, followed by a Master’s Degree in Private Law from Mutah University in 2023.
He completed multiple professional training programs and volunteered in the legal field, gaining practical experience in several institutions, including the Public Security Directorate, the Jordanian Customs Department, and the Social Security Corporation.
With 18 years of extensive legal experience, Lawyer. Al-Mubaideen worked in prominent law offices before establishing Elite Justice, including Rajaei Al Dajani Law Office, and Al-Tamimi & Co. Law Firm, where he handled daily legal matters focusing on corporate law, litigation, arbitration, and providing legal counsel across various local and international commercial sectors.
He also co-founded and served as managing partner at McKinsey Law Firm, demonstrating leadership and dedication throughout his career.

He also holds extensive experience in banking law, corporate structuring, commercial projects, investment contracts, financial claims, labor law, postal services, and insurance matters, providing highly competent legal representation and precise advisory services for both private and public institutions locally and internationally.
